How to run a backup job instantly?

1: Right click on the RestoreMax icon at your taskbar. It should look something similar to the following screen.

2: Now click on "Backup Now". And the program should load up the following screen similar to the following.

3: Under "Available Jobs" are your current configured backup tasks and under "Available Locations for selected Job" is the location selected within the task. Now select the backup job you want to run. After you have selected the backup job, the location for that job should appear in the "Available Locations for selected Job" similar to the following screen.

4: Now select the location(s) you want the backup to goto. If you want to select multiple locations, first select a location, then hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard, now select the other locations you want it to backup to. After you have selected the locations you want, clock on the "OK" button.

5: Your backup job should be starting now. You will see a ballon similar to the following. Please note: Windows 98 users will not be able to see the ballon.

6: While your backup task is running the RestoreMax icon will turn yellow. Similar to the following.

7: Ater your backup has been processed completely. You should see a ballon again similar to the following screen. If it was not successufly, the error will also be displayed in the ballon.

You have now completely a backup job!
